Which channel for what
- Unit out of service or urgent issue: phone, always.
- New service, repairs, proposals, assessments: the schedule form, so nothing gets lost in a voicemail.
- Invoices, agreements, and paperwork: service email.
- Anything else: general inquiries email.

Every submitted request gets a reference number and is reviewed by a person. If you have a reference number from an earlier request, include it in any follow-up.
